Job Title: MuleSoft Developer

Location: Hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver secure, high-performance APIs and integrations that enable seamless data flow across enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities

MuleSoft Development & Integration

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft applications using Mule 4.

  • Build and manage RESTful APIs using API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience layers).

  • Implement integrations between cloud and on-premise systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, databases, legacy systems).

  • Develop and maintain DataWeave (2.x) transformations.

  • Configure connectors, flows, sub-flows, and error handling frameworks.

API Management & Security

  • Apply API policies (OAuth 2.0, JWT, client ID enforcement, rate limiting).

  • Manage APIs using Anypoint API Manager.

  • Ensure APIs meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

DevOps & Deployment

  • Deploy applications to CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using Anypoint Monitoring and logging tools.

Collaboration & Quality

  • Work closely with solution architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

  • Conduct code reviews and follow MuleSoft best practices.

  • Document integration solutions and technical designs.

  • Provide production support and incident resolution.


Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.

  • Strong experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, and Anypoint Platform.

  • Solid understanding of API-led architecture.

  • Advanced DataWeave skills.

  • Experience with REST, JSON, XML, SOAP.

  • Familiarity with CloudHub, Runtime Manager, and API Manager.

  • Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices.

  • Experience with Git version control.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or core banking systems.

  • Exposure to Kafka, MQ, or event-driven architectures.

  • Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.

  • Financial services or enterprise integration experience.


Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • MuleSoft Certification (Developer Level 1 or 2) is highly advantageous.
