Sales Executive – Insurance - POS25207
Location: Roodepoort

Salary:  R120,000 – R180,000 CTC per annum + Plus, commission

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join client’s successful team. This role involves converting qualified referrals into sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric with an A-grade average, specifically in Mathematics
• BA or BCom degree (or equivalent)
• Excellent academic record in both Matric and University
• ·        Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert qualified referrals into successful sales
• Liaise with brokers to build and maintain strong partnerships
• Underwrite new business according to company guidelines
• Provide exceptional client service to maintain long-term relationships
• Market the company’s products to new and existing clients
• Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Manager
