Our client is looking for an experienced Information & Technology Lead to drive technological innovation and operational excellence across their organization. This is a senior management role reporting to the Group CEO, with direct responsibility for IT infrastructure, development, and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Digital & Delivery (20%)

  • Lead eCommerce strategy, focusing on online and delivery transactions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the online presence and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Yum, Aggregators, and POS & Kiosk systems.
  • IT Infrastructure (20%)

  • Ensure uninterrupted network operations and maintain system availability.
  • Support critical systems including POS, inventory management, and online ordering.
  • Upgrade hardware and ensure robust internet coverage across locations.
  • Manage IT support tickets efficiently.
  • IT Development (20%)

  • Complete development projects on schedule, with quarterly software updates.
  • Drive the adoption of new IT solutions across locations.
  • Utilize BI and AI to automate manual processes, enhancing efficiency.
  • IT Risk Management (10%)

  • Detect and respond promptly to security incidents.
  • Maintain successful data backups and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and minimize downtime during incidents.
  • Business Intelligence (15%)

  • Implement and manage the BI strategy, enabling proactive performance monitoring.
  • Develop tools for data analysis and insights, empowering departments.

  • Oversee complex, cross-functional projects.
