Our client is looking for an experienced Information & Technology Lead to drive technological innovation and operational excellence across their organization. This is a senior management role reporting to the Group CEO, with direct responsibility for IT infrastructure, development, and digital strategy.
Responsibilities

Digital & Delivery (20%)
- Lead eCommerce strategy, focusing on online and delivery transactions.
- Drive initiatives to improve the online presence and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Yum, Aggregators, and POS & Kiosk systems.

IT Infrastructure (20%)
- Ensure uninterrupted network operations and maintain system availability.
- Support critical systems including POS, inventory management, and online ordering.
- Upgrade hardware and ensure robust internet coverage across locations.
- Manage IT support tickets efficiently.

IT Development (20%)
- Complete development projects on schedule, with quarterly software updates.
- Drive the adoption of new IT solutions across locations.
- Utilize BI and AI to automate manual processes, enhancing efficiency.

IT Risk Management (10%)
- Detect and respond promptly to security incidents.
- Maintain successful data backups and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
