We are partnering with a fast-scaling Digital & IT Consulting business that is building a high-performance, people-first organisation. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function as the business continues to grow.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will work closely with senior leadership to design and embed modern HR practices, influence culture, and support high-performing consulting and tech teams.

You will have the opportunity to build frameworks from the ground up and leave a lasting impact on the organisation.

This role is ideal for an experienced HRBP who thrives in dynamic, fast-growth, consulting or technology environments and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with executive and senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives
  • Design, build, and implement scalable HR frameworks, policies, and processes suitable for a growing consulting business
  • Drive and embed a strong performance and feedback culture
  • Support leadership capability, talent development, and succession planning
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning
  • Enable governance, compliance, and best practice HR standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads across the business
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities within tech and digital teams

Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Relevant HR qualification (advantageous)
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Background in technology, digital, consulting, or fast-growth organisations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Confident stakeholder management and leadership influencing skills
  • Experience building HR structures, processes, and frameworks from scratch or in scaling environments
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment where priorities can shift
