Job Title: Business Process Analyst (Senior)
Role Purpose
The Business Process Analyst leads the Business Process Management (BPM) workstream, driving the analysis, modelling, optimisation, and maturity assessment of business processes across the organisation. The role ensures that business processes are efficient, standardised, and aligned with organisational strategy and best-practice BPM frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the BPM workstream, including planning, governance, and execution of process improvement initiatives.

Conduct end-to-end business process analysis across business units to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Develop and maintain process models using recognised BPM standards (e.g. BPMN).

Facilitate process optimisation and re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery.

Perform business process maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps.
-
Engage stakeholders to elicit, validate, and document process requirements.

Ensure alignment of business processes with organisational strategy, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support change management and implementation of improved processes.

Provide BPM guidance, standards, and best practices to project teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Certifications

BPM Certification (e.g. CBPA, CBPP, BPMN Certification, or equivalent) – Mandatory

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Business Process Analysis / Business Process Management
-
Proven experience leading process analysis, modelling, optimisation, and maturity assessments

Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders

Experience working in complex enterprise or public-sector environments (advantageous)
