Job Title: Graduate Electrical Engineer

Purpose of the Role

The Graduate Electrical Engineer will support the design, development, and implementation of electrical engineering projects under the supervision of senior engineers. The role provides exposure to power systems, control systems, and project execution within the engineering environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of electrical systems and components.

  • Support in preparing drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

  • Participate in site inspections, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

  • Perform calculations, simulations, and technical evaluations as required.

  • Contribute to tender and project documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including civil, mechanical, and control engineers.

  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc / B.Eng) in Electrical Engineering.

  • 0–2 years’ experience (graduate or early-career level).

  • Exposure to design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, DigSilent, or similar) is advantageous.

  • Basic understanding of power generation, distribution, or control systems.
