Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities within the industry. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with experience in technical sales and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Identify and acquire new customers, following up on leads within 24 hours.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume.

  • Provide product training and updates to customers as needed.

  • Address customer complaints through assessments and site visits.

  • Monitor and manage customer stock levels while communicating price adjustments.

  • Conduct market surveys and provide competitor insights to management.

  • Assist with debt collection, customer queries, and overdue accounts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams on stock management, sales planning, and distribution.

  • Maintain accurate administrative records and submit reports on time.
