Position: Senior CDP/Junior Sous Chef

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team. You will work closely with our Head Chef to create and deliver a menu that embodies luxury and showcases the finest local produce. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and dedicated team committed to providing an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus.
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards.
• Oversee and support the preparation of food.
• Produce high-quality plates both in design and taste.
• Ensure that kitchen staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff.
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers.
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety.
• Monitor and manage inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

• Provide ongoing training and support to kitchen staff.

• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior CDP/Junior Sous Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
