We're looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our Utilities Management division by identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and promoting our innovative utility management solutions.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who is passionate about technology, business development, and helping clients transform outdated utility management practices through smarter, data-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the utilities and property management sectors
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and industry engagement
  • Present and demonstrate Matriarch's utility management and IoT solutions to prospective clients
  • Develop tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable value
  • Build long-term client relationships and support clients throughout the sales and onboarding journey
  • Drive revenue growth while identifying opportunities across Matriarch's broader service offering

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within utilities management, property management, renewable energy, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing B2B opportunities
  • Strong understanding of utilities, property management, or energy-related services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with technology-driven or IoT solutions will be advantageous
