As Head of Innovation, you will be the driving force behind transforming Medihelp’s products, managed care models, and member services. This is not about incremental change — it’s about shaping and executing an innovation agenda that sets new standards in healthcare.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (advantageous), Business, Actuarial Science, or related field (Master’s in Public Health, MBA, or equivalent preferred)

10 years’ experience in healthcare innovation, product development and managed care strategy is essential.

Proven track record in conceptualising, piloting, and commercialising health-related solutions.

Proven leadership capacity in managing teams of 100 employees as a minimum.

Ability to link product design with care delivery and risk management principles.

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of medical schemes regulatory frameworks (CMS, MSA).

Experience in digital health platforms, value-based care, and reimbursement innovation is required
