Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst / QA Engineer with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for quality assurance. The ideal candidate will hold an ISTQB Advanced Level Certification and be certified in Tricentis Tosca, demonstrating deep experience in test planning, design, execution, and automation. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products through systematic testing and quality practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on requirements and technical specifications.

• Drive end-to-end test cycles, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.

• Lead the design and execution of automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca and other tools as applicable.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to define quality goals and resolve defects.

• Conduct risk-based testing and contribute to release readiness assessments.

• Perform static and dynamic testing, and contribute to early quality activities such as reviews and inspections.

• Utilize advanced techniques for test coverage analysis, traceability, and metrics reporting.

• Mentor and support junior QA staff and contribute to continuous QA process improvement.

• Work in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments and participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Level Certification (Test Analyst or Technical Test Analyst).

• Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tosca Automation Specialist or Test Design Specialist).

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

• Proven experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, qTest, ALM).

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in automated testing tools (primarily Tricentis Tosca; others like Selenium, UFT, etc. are a plus).

• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman, SoapUI.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and integration of automated tests into pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

• Background in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise-scale applications.

• Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks and Gherkin syntax (e.g., Cucumber).

• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms and environments (AWS, Azure).
