To provide effective administrative support to the Director: Operations

- General office management and -administration
- Meeting officer functions
- Electronic communication
- Manage diaries
- Travel bookings
- Manage annual budgets and finance web claims
- Monitoring effective service delivery
- Event planning and catering

- A thorough knowledge of word processing and computer skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Secretarial or administrative tertiary qualification
- 5 years’ experience relevant to competencies required
- Accredited competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Driver’s license
Desirable additional education, work experience and personal qualities: Sound understanding of the latest trends in the field of professional support in a learning and teaching environment.
