As a HR Clerk, you will be responsible for the following:

Payroll Administration

Timesheet reconciliation, leave tracking, and payroll queries assistance

Documentation maintenance for earnings, deductions, and benefits

Reference check and new hire pack preparation

Hearing scheduling, warning drafting, and disciplinary proceedings recording

Confidential employee relations record maintenance and HR matter liaison with line managers

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

βœ… An HR Certificate or Diploma (NQF Level 5 preferred)

βœ… 1–2 years’ experience in an HR or payroll administrative environment

βœ… Basic knowledge of payroll systems (e.g., SAGE VIP, Pastel, etc.)

βœ… Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

βœ… Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information

βœ… Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous)
