Our client is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Head of HR to lead their global human resources function, drive talent development, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with international labor laws, cultural nuances, and business objectives

Partner with executive leadership to ensure cohesive HR practices across all regions

Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters, providing guidance to management and employees in multiple time zones

Analyze HR metrics and employee-survey data to inform strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance

Champion culture and employee relations through fair policy application, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement

Lead global workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent acquisition and retention programs

Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, mentoring, and development initiatives

Manage HR audits, compliance, and continuous process improvements, including AI-driven solutions for efficiency and innovation
