Our client is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Head of HR to lead their global human resources function, drive talent development, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with international labor laws, cultural nuances, and business objectives

  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure cohesive HR practices across all regions

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters, providing guidance to management and employees in multiple time zones

  • Analyze HR metrics and employee-survey data to inform strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance

  • Champion culture and employee relations through fair policy application, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement

  • Lead global workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent acquisition and retention programs

  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, mentoring, and development initiatives

  • Manage HR audits, compliance, and continuous process improvements, including AI-driven solutions for efficiency and innovation
