ProDevelopment is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in the IT and TaaS space (Talent as a service). 

We are seeking a candidate who is strong with new business development, navigating through large organizations to get to the decision makers and brining in new clients that will add to the successful candidates portfolio. The successful candidate will handle end to end recruitment of their respective portfolio.

Requirements to apply:

• Must be capable of dealing with Blue chip organizations, building on existing relationships
• Extremely confident and Professional individual
• Enthusiastic and results driven
• Proven track record (reaching placement targets)
• Experience in dealing at senior level (Directors, CEO, Senior Managers etc)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent time management (getting the job done with high levels of quality)
• Have a hunter personality (Driven, focused, High earnings etc)
• Training will be provided to enhance your recruitment skills to ensure you remain a top earner

Experience required:

• Background in HR, Recruitment or High Level Sales
• 3 to 5 years in recruitment achieving revenue and new business objectives
• Matric
• Relevant qualifications
