Job Duties:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with the local community in Constantia, Cape Town
  • Act as a liaison between the company and the community to address any concerns or issues
  • Organise and participate in community events to promote positive engagement and enhance the company's reputation
  • Collaborate with local businesses and organisations to support community initiatives
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on community feedback and sentiment

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of local community dynamics

Education:

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience:

Previous experience in community engagement or customer service roles

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the local area and community resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Further education in community development or related field
  • Experience working in the travel, leisure, tourism, or hospitality industry

Working Conditions:
