We are recruiting for a responsible, reliable, and experienced Night Porter to join our boutique hotel in Cape Town. 

Location: Cape Town City Bowl Area

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠  ⁠Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests during night hours

•⁠  ⁠Handle late check-ins and early departures efficiently

•⁠  ⁠Assist with guest requests, orders, turndowns, and luggage handling

•⁠  ⁠Maintain security and safety standards throughout the night

•⁠  ⁠Carry out light housekeeping and setup tasks for morning operations

•⁠  ⁠Monitor hotel premises and follow security procedures 

•⁠  ⁠Liaise with the front of house team to ensure a seamless guest experiences

Remuneration: Market related

Requirements:

Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented. Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle late-night responsibilities

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
