Our client is looking for a Pioneer to join their dynamic sales team. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role aimed at driving growth across multiple channels, including Retail, HORECA, @Work, @School, and Convenience. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Pioneer will focus on generating new business, managing key relationships, and supporting partner sales teams through training, mentorship, and trade visits.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed regional volume and value sales targets

  • Rapidly grow the number of active outlets by prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts

  • Support business partners and redistributors with training, trade visits, stock management, and sales development

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure stock availability, merchandising execution, and cooler management

  • Plan and implement local promotional activities, including in-store activations and custom meal combo offers

  • Maintain strong, consistent relationships with customers, partners, and distributors

  • Perform cold-calling, needs analysis, and follow-ups to convert prospects

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

  • Keep detailed records including weekly, monthly, and annual reports, market intelligence, and competitor tracking

  • Manage and report usage of free and sample stock to drive visibility and trial

  • Submit all required administration and expenses accurately and on time

  • Liaise with redistributors regularly and assist with team performance evaluations

  • Be available to support consumer activations and events as required
