Our client is looking for a Pioneer to join their dynamic sales team. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role aimed at driving growth across multiple channels, including Retail, HORECA, @Work, @School, and Convenience. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Pioneer will focus on generating new business, managing key relationships, and supporting partner sales teams through training, mentorship, and trade visits.
Responsibilities

Achieve agreed regional volume and value sales targets

Rapidly grow the number of active outlets by prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts

Support business partners and redistributors with training, trade visits, stock management, and sales development

Conduct regular store visits to ensure stock availability, merchandising execution, and cooler management
-
Plan and implement local promotional activities, including in-store activations and custom meal combo offers

Maintain strong, consistent relationships with customers, partners, and distributors

Perform cold-calling, needs analysis, and follow-ups to convert prospects

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Keep detailed records including weekly, monthly, and annual reports, market intelligence, and competitor tracking

Manage and report usage of free and sample stock to drive visibility and trial

Submit all required administration and expenses accurately and on time

Liaise with redistributors regularly and assist with team performance evaluations

Be available to support consumer activations and events as required
