Our client is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead and optimize procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and strong supplier relationships. Our client is located in Ethiopia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value.

• Manage procurement budgets and control costs.

• Establish and monitor KPIs for procurement efficiency and compliance.

• Lead, train, and mentor the procurement team.

• Oversee contract management and supplier performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Work closely with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local and international sourcing markets.

• Deep understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
