We are seeking an Intermediate Process Engineers to support the Transaction Banking Technology environment. The successful candidates will assist with documenting, analysing, and optimising business and technical processes across a complex banking systems landscape.

The role requires strong process mapping capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to independently document end-to-end operational and technical processes.

Role Purpose

To support process engineering initiatives by documenting, analysing, and maintaining end-to-end business and technical processes while contributing to process optimisation, operational efficiency, and governance within Transaction Banking Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end as-is and to-be business and technical processes
• Develop and maintain process maps using BPMN, Visio, ARIS, or similar tools
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate process workshops
• Analyse process flows, system interactions, and operational hand-offs
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and incident investigations
• Maintain process documentation repositories and governance standards
• Collaborate with senior process engineers and cross-functional teams
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across business and technology processes

Required Experience

• 5–6 years’ experience in Process Engineering, Process Analysis, or Business Process Management
• Strong process mapping and process documentation capability
• Experience using BPMN, Microsoft Visio, ARIS, or similar process modelling tools
• Ability to independently document end-to-end processes
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Basic understanding of root cause analysis methodologies
• Exposure to complex enterprise or banking environments advantageous
• Ability to support senior engineers on large or complex process domains
