Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for client relationship management and business growth? G4S is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Account Manager to join our team in Durban.

 

About the Role:

As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large account portfolio, maximising new and additional growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring all contracts and SLAs are valid, signed, and updated.

  • Conduct regular customer meetings to measure and discuss SLA compliance.

  • Drive new and additional business sales, drafting and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.

  • Prepare and present company and product presentations to existing and potential customers.

  • Manage a structured and effective client retention strategy, including contract renewals and service level reviews.

  • Maintain accurate customer information and documentation in Salesforce.

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Commercial Director.

  • Ensure continuous comprehensive knowledge of all G4S products and client processes.

  • Participate in and comply with all Health and Safety initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 completed.

  • Sales/Marketing Diploma or 4 years’ sales experience.

  • Preferably FICA accredited.

  • Solid Office Administration experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of contract profitability and driving healthy margins.

  • Knowledge of contracts and service level agreements.

  • Knowledge of costing of contracts.

  • Excellent relationship building, communication (written and verbal), and conflict management skills.

  • Persuasiveness and the ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Customer-centric thinking with a focus on delivering objectives and performance.

  • Ability to drive change and deal with complexity.
