  • Minimum of 5 years Site Agent experience (not negotiable, ONSITE Experience) with at least three of these being at Senior Foreman level
  • 45 – 50 years old
  • Own transport and valid driver’s license (essential)
  • Computer Literate
  • Strong Leadership Skills and ability to delegate

  • Planning Skills Problem Solving and Decision Making Conflict Management Interpersonal Skills Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of construction teams and materials
  • Working closely with the Professional Team Knowledge of construction processes and contracts
  • Knowledge of trades Read and interpret drawings
  • Read and understand construction programmes and timeframes
  • Cost Control
  • SHEQ legislation and implementation
  • Staff Management & labour legislations Commercial practices and procedures Stores and materials
  • Read and interpret drawings Setting out and levelling of the works:
  • Quality Assurance / Control Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment
