Purpose of the Role

To deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing expert product knowledge, ensuring accurate cash handling, maintaining store presentation standards, and driving sales in alignment with Swarovski’s luxury brand image.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

• Certificate or Diploma in Retail / Sales / Customer Service / Business Administration (advantageous)

• Computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems)

• Numerical accuracy and attention to detail in handling cash and transactions

• Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages advantageous)

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, fashion, luxury goods, or jewelry sales

• Proven experience as a Cashier, Sales Assistant, or Retail Associate

• Experience with POS systems and daily cash reconciliations

• Customer service and sales experience in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment

• Visual merchandising or stock management experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions, refunds, and exchanges

• Maintain store presentation and visual displays according to brand guidelines

• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

• Support with stock control, receiving, and replenishment

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently

• Promote Swarovski products through storytelling and product knowledge

• Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold Swarovski’s luxury standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures
