• You will have the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert in the Projects work stream, hold key relationships with users and technology teams internally and externally, and mentor other Consultants and Analysts in your team to deliver best practice solutions. Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Specialist or Lead Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/Cloud PPM modules i.e. project planning, scheduling, forecasting, costing, billing, resourcing etc.
• Proven 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud PPM implementations, upgrades & support projects with hands-on configuration skills.
• Responsible for leading ERP functional design phases with experience across the full software development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently, execute projects following established guidelines/procedures and take initiative to explore and solve problems.
• Exceptional client service and client management skills; able to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration: set direction and expectations for the team, align their strengths to tasks, and challenge them to raise the bar while providing support.
• Committed to maintaining and developing own skills and certifications; willing to learn, embrace challenges and be hands on.
• Experience as an Accountant and/or Controller with a Chartered Accountant or similar qualification would be highly beneficial but not essential.
• Active Oracle Cloud PPM Certifications will be a plus.
• Consulting experience with a large Tier 1 professional services organisation preferred but not essential.
