Graphic Designer & Animator (POS25287)

Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng

Salary: R 18 000 to R 25 000 per month CTC  

Our client is a leading digital agency creating impactful online experiences for leading African brands through strategy, design, and technology. We’re seeking a Graphic Designer & Animator to craft striking visuals and motion graphics for brand identities, social media, websites, and promotional content.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and animation work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to design for both digital and print formats
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport

Bonus:

• Experience with 3D design or animation (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Experience with Webflow or front-end animation tools (Lottie, Rive)
• Knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design
• Basic understanding of no-code tools for creative automation
• Previous experience in a digital or creative agency

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital campaigns, websites, and social platforms
• Create animations, motion graphics, and short-form video content
• Develop brand identities, logos, and style guides
• Prepare visuals for web, social, print, and presentation use
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to maintain visual consistency
• Work with feedback loops, revisions, and client requests
• Stay updated on design trends, animation tools, and motion design standards
