                         Technical Sales Representative (TSR) (Agriculture) -POS25263 Location:  Mpumalanga Salary: R30 – 35 000.00 pm As a Technical Sales Representative (TSR), you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our clients’ innovative agricultural solutions within your designated territory. You will engage directly with farmers to understand their unique needs, conduct soil analyses, and provide tailored solutions to improve productivity and sustainability. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with clients while driving sales growth and supporting improved farming practices. Requirements 
Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field (advantageous).Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in agricultural sales or agronomy consulting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping farmers succeed.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicleMust be willing to travel to the following areas: -
Wakkerstroom/Mkhondo,Carolina, Ermelo, Witbank,Middelburg,Dullstroom/Stoffberg Key Responsibilities (not limit to) 
Visit 3–4 farmers daily to introduce our clients’ products and concepts, identify client needs, conduct soil sampling, and present suitable solutions.Manage and grow a new client base, establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with farmers.Conduct educational workshops, seminars, and trade events to build brand awareness and client confidence in the products offerings.Ensure consistent after-sales support, addressing client queries and ensuring satisfaction.Meet or exceed sales targets as defined by management within your allocated area.Actively promote new and existing products, ensuring optimal distribution and visibility in the market.Develop and expand your customer portfolio, leveraging both in-person engagement and digital marketing tools.Participate in seasonal campaigns and marketing initiatives to maximize regional impact.Plan and organize activities according to agricultural seasons and campaign schedules.Segment your territory strategically to optimize client visits and coverage.Stay informed on market conditions, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and territory performance.
