Our client is currently looking for C Developers (Not C++ and C# as many of the applicants are) with skills in low-level software development.  Useful skills include C, on Linux and Unix platforms as well as Pascal on VMS as well as the use of modern software development tools.

Our Software Development Team is flexible, open to new challenges, technically proficient and committed to professional service delivery.  Your ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues is essential, as is being a determined and self-motivated learner.  Our Software Engineers are given the technical support they require and, because of our flat organisational structure,  will work with colleagues at all levels of the business.

Essential requirements

• Tertiary IT Qualification (Degree or Diploma)
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• A team player with a strong commitment to continuous learning
• You like a challenge and are willing to take accountability and responsibility
• C on Linux X86
• Pascal on VMS
• Linux and Unix
• Experience of real-time environments
• Experience of warehousing solutions, mechatronics and/or robotics would be advantageous
