Job Purpose:

Responsible for driving sales strategies in the networking and retail parts sector. This includes managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring effective promotion and distribution of spare parts.


Key Responsibilities:

Network Development

  • Collaborate with Sales and Aftersales teams to identify network needs aligned with business strategy.

  • Conduct population mapping and calculate potential returns for channel partners.

  • Drive network profitability and growth based on strategic targets.

  • Design and implement a strategic roadmap for network performance.

  • Oversee network evaluation processes and manage distributor transitions.

  • Create and execute performance improvement plans for underperforming distributors.

  • Conduct performance benchmarking and actively manage distribution contracts.

  • Develop distributor standards and monitor performance compliance through data and audits.

  • Identify and assess new market opportunities.

  • Define onboarding procedures, including process development and documentation.

  • Maintain legal compliance within the network and update policies accordingly.

  • Ensure dealer and retailer satisfaction targets are achieved.

Spares Retail

  • Forecast parts requirements and manage inventory levels according to category standards.

  • Monitor stock levels and manage inbound/outbound logistics per SOPs.

  • Maintain competitive pricing aligned with market standards.

  • Assist customers in locating and purchasing correct parts.

  • Improve parts fill rate continuously.

  • Implement monthly promotional schemes for channel partners.

  • Grow market share for spare parts.

  • Handle urgent requirements and special orders.

  • Collaborate with service managers and retail outlets to meet parts demand.

  • Oversee staffing, training, and supervision of parts department personnel.

  • Manage inventory, receivables, and overdue accounts.

  • Achieve turnover targets with desired gross margin and profitability.

  • Support absorption ratio improvement goals.
