Oude Werf Hotel is seeking a Commis Chef, who shares our company values, to join our Kitchen team.
Requirements: – Matric – 1 years' experience in a similar position with a background in basic food and kitchen operations – Culinary-related Tertiary Qualification (advantageous) – Must have ability to work in all sections of the kitchen – Must be able to work shifts and weekends – Proactive and able to multitask – Must be able to work under pressure – Must have a can-do attitude and follow through on actions in a timely way with minimum supervision – Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to perform in fast moving environment
