B2B Partnership Manager – POS25265

Location: National (Hybrid/Remote options)

Salary: R45,000 per month + Commission

Company Overview:

A turnkey training and business solutions provider, is expanding nationally. We’re looking for dynamic B2B Partnership Managers with a strong sales and business development background to grow their client base and partnerships across South Africa.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in training, technology, or professional services.
• Proven track record in lead generation, relationship management, and closing high-value deals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• Consistent achievement above sales quotas.
• Experience selling into corporate and enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and strategic partnerships within the B2B sector.
• Identify, qualify, and close deals across multiple industries.
• Represent the brand at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Develop and execute territory and sales strategies to meet targets.
• Conduct client presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain detailed records and reports using CRM tools.
