MANAGER OF HOSPITALITY PORTFOLIO

FINANCIAL

  1. Review past financials to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Prepare and manage budgets for the villas, wine events and functions.
  3. Increase the bookings (new and repeat) through agent engagement.  Organise and host site visits.
  4. Link the villa guests to the winery.
  5. Review GP and prepare a monthly report of guest profitability, so we can establish which guests to focus on.

CUSTOMERS: Multi-generational families and corporate teams

  1. Ensure clear guest communication, prior to, during and post stay for accommodation, functions and wine sales.
  2. Manage the social & digital media and PR, aligned to the Brand identity. Review quarterly with the business owners.
  3. Develop the corporate market and focus on family’s life celebration journeys.
  4. Develop repeat business through relationships with guests, to encourage multiple stays.
  5. Develop the relationship with selected Online Travel Agencies and top 5 agencies.
  6. Implement and refine crafted experiences as designed by the business owners.

RESOURCES

  1. Develop the villa team, including recruiting, training and implementing discipline to ensure high performance is consistent.
  2. Manage a black book of service providers, including chefs, event co-ordinators etc.
  3. Manage the team of selected agents, including wedding planners.
  4. Manage trade exchanges so that the cost/value is balanced and makes business sense.

PROCESSES

  1. Manage the maintenance/upgrading of the property, in agreement with the owners.
  2. Manage the processes to ensure consistent service that offers crafted experiences that optimise the guest stay.
  3. Develop and manage the daily, weekly and monthly quality checklists.
  4. Arrange online shopping and review costs after each guest check-out.
