IZISA is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented ATM Auditor to join our team in the Kempton Park branch.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the allocated ATM portfolio within the region and/or branch, ensuring compliance, identifying operational risks, and maintaining service excellence.

Your Daily responsibilities will be

 

  • Review and deploy resources, and thereafter continuously review operations to improve profitability and customer service levels. Make changes as necessary

  • Maintain all customer SLAs and address deficiencies

  • Undertake regular and consistent customer visit and assess service of delivery

  • Monitor customer service levels

  • Investigate, share and implement Best Practice from other branches

  • Adhere to group and company standards on risk and security mitigation and control on the following areas:

  • Maximum vehicle loads and values

  • Vault and Float limits

  • Effective management of business development function

  • View Body Cam Footage frequently on field staff.

  • Frequent checks on ATM paperwork and assistance on other administrative before and after shift.

    Identifying new business opportunities in the branch’s sphere of operations,

  • Monitor and assess the market environment in terms of competitors and current customers.

  • Ensure that all new quotes are done at profitable margins

  • Use products and new services in line with customers' needs and risks.

  • Ensure all vehicles are correctly branded and maintained to improve company image and market share.

  • Oversight and management of employee discipline

  • Adhere to all company brand guidelines

     

Qualification 

  • Grade 12 

  • Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence 

  • PSIRA Grade B + CIT Certificate 

  • Valid Firearm Competency for business purposes 

  • Medical fitness certificate for the use of a firearm 

  • Clear Credit and criminal record 

     

Experience 

  • Minimum of one year experience as an ATM Custodian 

  • Minimum of three year experience as an ATM custodian or FLM across all vendors.
