Job description:

  • Supervise and coordinate operations of the FLR Department, ensuring procedures and functionality run smoothly.
  • Plan, prioritize, and allocate work to staff, monitor progress, and provide feedback on completion.
  • Manage breakdowns and faults by reporting issues, dispatching teams, and overseeing urgent repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with Foremen, the Superintendent, and the City (Client), providing daily updates.
  • Allocate resources and monitor compliance by assessing personnel availability, tracking time frames, and conducting site investigations.
  • Handle auditing and materials including meter/material audits, revenue protection, and depot collections.
  • Quality Control - Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Administration Management

Qualification

  • Matric certificate
  • NQF Level 4
  • Trade Test - 5 years experience post Trade Test
  • Driver Licence – non-negotiable (Code 10 beneficial)
