PURPOSE

To provide effective administrative and coordination support to the Engineering  and the HSE Departments by maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation and activities, assisting with reporting and planning, and ensuring that administrative processes are completed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures and requirements.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HSE and Engineering Departments.
  • Coordinate departmental activities, meetings, deadlines, action items and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records, registers, databases and document control systems.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence and departmental documentation.
  • Maintain HSE compliance, audit, inspection, incident and corrective-action records.
  • Collect and compile HSE data, statistics, KPIs and management reports.
  • Coordinate HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, campaigns, drills and awareness activities.
  • Support Engineering activities, including maintenance, projects, schedules, work orders and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain contractor, consultant and supplier documentation and compliance records.
  • Support audits, inspections and management reviews while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and compliance with company requirements.

 



 

 

 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in mining, engineering, construction or a similar industrial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams; knowledge of document management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisational, record-keeping and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be medically fit.
