Job Description

The Data Modeller is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models that support the organisation’s banking and finance operations. This role involves working closely with business analysts, data architects, and IT teams to ensure data structures meet business requirements and align with data governance standards. The role requires a thorough understanding of data frameworks, relational and non-relational databases, and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective data models.

Key Job Duties

  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Define data standards and governance structures.
  • Ensure data consistency and quality.
  • Support master data management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience

  • 7+ years' Data Modelling experience.
  • Mandatory banking sector experience.
