Job Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex datasets to support informed decision-making across the organisation. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights by applying statistical techniques, data visualisation, and reporting tools. The Data Analyst works closely with various departments to understand their data needs, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and contributes to the continuous improvement of data management processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business data requirements.
• Develop dashboards and reports.
• Interpret trends and patterns.
• Provide recommendations based on data insights.
• Support regulatory and customer reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

Experience

• 7+ years' Data Analysis experience.
• Mandatory banking sector experience.
