We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who will assist in managing the restaurant outlets, ensuring that food and beverage service standards are consistently met and will facilitate staff training to uphold these standards and manage staff performance and conduct. The F&B Supervisor will also ensure that the restaurants are prepared, fully stocked, and run efficiently during service, while monitoring and maintaining the guest experience to ensure every guest receives personalised attention and exceptional service.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Maintain high service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
  2. Respond promptly to guest feedback and tailor dining experiences to meet individual preferences.
  3. Manage the smooth flow of service while upholding hygiene and safety standards.
  4. Ensure all operational tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
  5. Train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  6. Work closely with other hotel departments to align restaurant services with overall operations.
  7. Execute restaurant-related events to ensure guest experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Hospitality Qualification from an accredited academic institution Level NQF 5-7
  • WSET Level 1 – advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in a 4/5* upmarket establishment. 
  • Clean credit check
  • Satisfactory criminal record, subject to assessment of the nature, severity, relevance, and recency of any offence
