The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Maintenance Department, ensuring that maintenance requests, work orders, records, suppliers, and preventative maintenance schedules are effectively managed. The role supports the Maintenance Manager and team in ensuring that the hotel’s facilities, equipment, guest areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to a high standard, as well as setting up the structures in the maintenance department, and this includes capturing all the necessary information on Omni. Requirements: – Matric – Relevant tertiary qualification in Administration, Facilities Management or Hospitality related field – 1 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within a hospitality, maintenance, facilities or property environment (advantageous) – Previous experience working with maintenance job cards, work orders, or maintenance management systems (advantageous) – Experience with purchasing, quotations, invoices and supplier administration – Work various shifts – Work across multiple functions – Computer literate
