BRAND ACTIVATION SUPERVISOR (EC)
Marketing
Accountable for quality, standards, service and desired outputs within inter-related functional areas of responsibility. May be responsible for work of others. This role will work with various closely related concrete variables, requiring an understanding of the theory or practices underpinning inter-related functional processes.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to oversee all brand activation activities to ensure optimal promotion of BevCo brands across various marketing platforms. The role will also be responsible for contributing to the creation of a brand activation tactics for each brand, and for ensuring its successful implementation thereof.
Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Brand Activation
- Contribute to the creation of a brand activation tactics and plan for each brand
- Manage and oversee all brand activation initiatives and campaigns acrosss the product portfolio
- Ensure successful implementation of the brand activation tactis for each brand using a brand activation calendar
- Ensure self and all members of the brand activation team have deep product and customer knowledge to ensure the creation and execution of successful and relevant brand marketing campaigns
- Maintain and consolidate all brand activations and POS (including photos and evidence of activation effectiveness) and communciate these to relevant parties
- Maintain POS stores and stock availability to support the regional brand activation and POS calendar
- Ensure a consistent customer experience through the successsful management of brand activation activities
- Advise on brand activation and marketing initiatives where required
