Job purpose
We are Seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer to develop, configure and support Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities that enable customer acquisition, relationship management, servicing, onboarding and operational efficiency in a financial services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce capabilities across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Configure FSC data models, relationship mapping, householding, customer profiles and industry-specific capabilities.
- Build Lightning Web Components, Apex services, Salesforce Flows and reusable platform services.
- Support customer onboarding, lead/opportunity management, case management and servicing journeys.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and MuleSoft-enabled services where applicable.
- Design and implement secure data access using sharing, roles, permissions and field-level security.
- Participate in solution design reviews, Design Authority inputs, code reviews and release readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot defects, support regression testing and assist with production issue resolution.
Required technical skills
Salesforce development
- Required capability: Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Flow and platform configuration
- Intermediate expectation: Can build assigned business features with moderate complexity and good maintainability.
Financial Services Cloud
- Required capability: FSC data model, relationship groups, interaction records and customer 360 concepts
- Intermediate expectation: Can configure and extend FSC capabilities using established design guidance.
Sales & Service Cloud
- Required capability: Lead, opportunity, activity, case and service process configuration
- Intermediate expectation: Understands CRM journey design and can support enhancements across sales and service processes.
Integration
