Our client seeks to employ a Digital Producer to support the delivery of high-volume, multi-platform digital marketing campaigns across display, social, video, and programmatic advertising channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and producing creative assets across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, on brand, and in compliance with platform specifications.

 

Responsibiliites: 

  • Produce and adapt digital creative assets across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and publisher specifications.
  • Manage the production of HTML5 display banners, paid social creative, and Google advertising assets.
  • Coordinate the development of static, animated, and video content for digital campaigns.
  • Ensure all assets meet platform requirements, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Utilise AI-powered tools and prompt engineering techniques to streamline creative workflows and improve production efficiency.
  • Support campaign optimisation through creative testing, iteration, and performance-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, media, strategy, and creative teams to deliver campaigns within deadlines.

Required Experience: 

  • Strong experience in digital creative production, graphic design, and digital advertising.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder.
  • Experience creating assets for Meta, Google Performance Max, Demand Gen, Discovery, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic display campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Google Gemini and Adobe Firefly for creative production and content generation.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, branding, and user engagement principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of platform specifications, safe zones, file-size limitations, and QA processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.

Note:

Duration: 6 months

Hours: 20 hours per week on average 

Location: Cape Town (hybrid, office day once a week)
