Intermediate-Senior Channel Process Engineer

We are looking for an Intermediate to Senior Process Engineer with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification to lead the end-to-end analysis, optimisation, digitisation, and re-engineering of the Client Onboarding value stream. Working across cross-functional business and technology teams, the Process Engineer will be required to identify process inefficiencies, standardise and simplify operating models, and establish comprehensive business, technical, and client journey documentation that supports operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and future-state transformation.

The role demands advanced process architecture and process modelling expertise, together with proven experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, client experience, and service performance.

Accountability & Objectives

• Documenting all existing and new processes(Technical and Business), ensuring transparency, consistency, and traceability across the technology stack.
• Capturing and maintaining a comprehensive crisis management, incident log, including root cause analysis and remediation workflows, to reduce repeat occurrences and improve response agility.
• Identify and analyse process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-adding activities, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate across Transaction Banking Technology to accurately document all end-to-end existing and new processes (including system flows, integrations, and data hand-offs).
• Collaborate with the Process Architecture Lead to ensure all processes are aligned with and integrated into the Bank’s process architecture.
• Capture and maintain a comprehensive crisis management and incident log. Include root cause analysis and remediation workflows. Reduce repeat occurrences and improve response agility
• Processes are to be documented and housed in a central repository.
• Facilitate process workshops, discovery sessions, and validation meetings with business SMEs, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation of both “as-is” and “to-be” states.

Experience

• This role requires an Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in processing engineering, business transformation, and continuous improvement within complex enterprise environments.
