Following road traffic accidents, the Recoveries team is instructed by insurance companies to determine liability and recover uninsured losses and insurer outlays from third parties. You will receive regular supervision and day-to-day support from your line manager. It is essential to be organised and compliant, while also demonstrating the ability to use your own initiative.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Resolve disputes relating to liability.
• Resolve disputes concerning quantum.
• Proactively suggest ideas for improvements and appreciate the value of diverse working methods.
• Prioritise tasks, create clear plans, meet targets, and manage workload to fulfil client needs.
• Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• LLB degree.
• Ability to interpret and input data accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated initiative.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• No articles of clerkship or attorney admission required.
• Legal experience is advantageous.
