Introduction

Join Delta Built Environment Consultants' Architecture & Visualisation team and play a key role in delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through to completion.

We are seeking a registered Professional Senior Architectural Technologist or Professional Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise, advanced Revit skills, and the ability to manage projects through every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage architectural projects from inception through to project close-out.
  • Prepare concept designs, design presentations, council submission drawings, and construction documentation.
  • Produce high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using Revit.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Conduct construction site inspections and provide technical support during implementation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage project documentation and project timelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements

  • Registered Professional Senior Architectural Technologist or Professional Architectural Technologist with SACAP.
  • Minimum 7+ years' post-graduation experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' post-registration experience.
  • Relevant qualification in Architecture:
    • B.Arch (Hons), BTech or equivalent (NQF Level 8), or
    • Bachelor's Degree, National Diploma or equivalent (NQF Level 7).
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit for technical drawings and 3D modelling.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, report writing, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
