Purpose of the role:
The Life-Cycle Services (LCS) Lead is responsible for executing and continuously improving the Life-Cycle Services function, ensuring reliable, responsive, and value-driven support to installed plants across spares supply, technical support, remote monitoring, and service coordination.
The role ensures that all life-cycle activities—including warranty, spares fulfilment, technical support, condition monitoring, and service delivery—are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with defined SLAs and operational standards. The LCS Lead acts as the operational backbone of the Life-Cycle Services function, translating systems, tools, and processes into consistent day-to-day delivery performance while enabling continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Life-Cycle Service Delivery Execution
- Ensures timely execution of all service activities
- Maintains SLA adherence
- Coordinates internal delivery functions
Spares & Fulfilment Management
- Ensures availability and timely fulfilment
- Maintains accurate spares data and forecasting
- Reduces stockouts and delays
Technical Support & Issue Resolution

Remote Monitoring & Condition Analysis

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical) preferred
- 5–10 years in technical service delivery, plant support, or operations
- Experience in spares, maintenance, or monitoring environments
- Relevant technical, maintenance, or asset management certifications advantageous
