Technology Lead

Background & Objectives:

• The initiative aims to provide technology leadership across Trade Online and related platforms to:
• Strengthen technical direction, delivery governance, and engineering alignment across workstreams.
• Ensure solution designs, delivery decisions, and implementation choices remain aligned to business priorities, enterprise architecture, security, and operational resilience requirements.
• Improve coordination between product, feature analysis, software engineering, test automation, SRE, architecture, and operations teams.
• Reduce delivery risk through proactive dependency management, technical decision-making, escalation support, and quality oversight.

Scope of Services:

• Technology leadership for priority Trade Finance products, Trade Online enhancements, and cross-platform delivery initiatives.
• Oversight of technical planning, delivery sequencing, dependency management, and implementation readiness across engineering teams.
• Facilitation of technical decision forums, design reviews, delivery risk reviews, and issue resolution across stakeholders.
• Support for prioritisation, estimation, roadmap alignment, and delivery governance in partnership with product and business stakeholders.

Technical Implementation:

• Review and alignment of technical designs, integration approaches, non-functional requirements, and implementation plans.
• Governance of engineering standards, secure design principles, code quality expectations, release readiness, and production support considerations.
• Coordination with architecture, security, infrastructure, SRE, and operations teams to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, maintainable, and supportable.
• Tracking and resolution of technical risks, architectural decisions, dependencies, blockers, and delivery constraints.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience
