Background & Objectives:

• The initiative aims to strengthen feature analysis capability across Trade Online and related platforms to:
• Improve translation of business needs into clear, testable, and delivery-ready requirements.
• Strengthen alignment between business stakeholders, product ownership, engineering, testing, and operations teams.
• Improve backlog quality through well-defined epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Reduce delivery ambiguity, rework, and defects caused by incomplete or unclear requirements.

Scope of Services:

• Feature analysis support for priority Trade Finance products, Trade Online enhancements, and related business capabilities.
• Requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and clarification of business outcomes.
• Definition and refinement of epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and non-functional requirements.
• Support for backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency identification, and readiness of features for engineering delivery.

Technical Implementation:

• Use of structured analysis techniques including process mapping, impact analysis, data flow analysis, and requirements traceability.
• Documentation of feature scope, integration points, exception scenarios, reporting needs, data requirements, and operational impacts.
• Collaboration with engineering and test automation teams to ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and aligned to solution design.
• Maintenance of feature artefacts in agreed delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related backlog management repositories.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience
