Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our Distribution team at Voermol Feeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the factory and supporting the bagging crew to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of the factory, equipment, and assist with clearing chokes.
• Maintain housekeeping standards across all floors of the plant, including tearooms, and assist with preparing ingredients for tea.
• Provide relief support to bagging crew members as required.
• Liaise with supervisors and other bagging crew members.
• Report any quality deviations or housekeeping concerns to the Distribution Coordinator immediately.

Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes

• Minimum of Grade 12 education; able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• At least one year’s experience working in a production environment.
• Physically fit, dependable, with a positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
