KEY OUTPUTS:
- Manage the day-to-day running of &Beyond’s social media platforms, ensuring content is published effectively and aligned to strategy
- Schedule and publish content across all key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube)
- Drive community engagement through active monitoring and response management across brand channels
- Maintain platform best practices including tagging, hashtags, links and tracking standards
- Monitor performance and report on social media KPIs using tools such as AgoraPulse
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimise content performance
- Support lodge and Touring MD social pages through guidance, training and content support
- Manage YouTube content and align with Wildwatch strategy
- Track and leverage user-generated content and guide social media champions across the business
- Assist with influencer engagement and paid media collaboration with digital teams
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
- Knowledge of social media management and reporting tools (e.g. AgoraPulse)
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance optimisation principles
- Familiarity with digital content trends and community engagement techniques
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent written communication, copywriting and editing ability
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise performance
- High attention to detail and platform accuracy
- Proactive, responsive and collaborative communication style
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience managing social media accounts and scheduling platforms
- Proven experience in community engagement and content publishing
- Experience analysing social media performance and reporting on KPIs
- Ideally experience within travel, hospitality or with &Beyond operations
